3-star gîte for 5 to 6 guests in the peaceful rural hamlet of Balarin, in Montréal (32). Recently renovated, it combines rustic stone charm with modern décor and high-quality, functional amenities. The gîte is fully equipped: dishwasher, washer/dryer, pyrolytic oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, classic and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, 120 cm TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker. Each bedroom has quality bedding: bedroom 1 (ground floor) with a 160 cm bed, bedroom 2 (upstairs) with a 140 cm bed, bedroom 3 (mezzanine) with two 80 cm beds. There’s also a child’s seat bed (70 x 180 cm) and a travel cot available. The south-facing terrace, on one level, features a 6-seat garden set and a large freestanding parasol. Barbecue provided. The enclosed garden ensures safety for young children. Private and public parking available on site. Located in Armagnac, Ténarèze region, in the heart of the Gascony vineyards, the gîte is close to Montréal, the Gallo-Roman villa of Séviac, and the picturesque villages of Fourcès and Larressingle. The ocean and Pyrenees are about 2 hours away. Mandatory extras: tourist tax applies (free for under 18s). In winter, heating is charged as an extra based on actual consumption. The gîte will be clean and welcoming on arrival; please leave it in the same condition. Otherwise, cleaning will be available for an extra. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are not provided.
